JOHN C. RADOVICH DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (JCR) has been active in the Northwest real estate market since 1975. Class A office has been our primary focus since 1987, but we have also built and managed class B office, warehouse space, automotive dealerships, retail centers, daycare centers and business parks. Our expertise is not limited to original development as we have also been involved in extensive building renovation projects.

JCR has an innovative approach to development. As early as 1975, we instituted the first condominium moorage in the United States. Most recently, we have received Tukwila's Award of Design Excellence for our class A office buildings that frame the entrance to popular Fort Dent Park.
